Applied online and got a call back a few days later. Manager asked me a few questions on the phone then booked me in for an interview. Went in for a group interview w 3 other girls. interview process was very easy, manager was very nice and made me feel at ease. I was quite worried as I have no previous work experience. Asked us a few questions then asked us to role play and sell her a shoe. After the interview she asked me about my availability during holidays, then was asked to complete a screening test on the computer. Results will come in a couple of days and if I pass they said they will give me a call!
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Easy basic questions like job history, availability, and why you chose to interview.
Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.

It was a verbal in-person interview with manager. Described desired position, why, and goals. Asked a lot of questions as well. It was a very quick and straightforward process after the interview.
