I walked in and asked if they were hiring-the manager said yes and asked me to apply online and call her back. So, I went home, applied then called back the next day. She scheduled me an interview for the following week. I went and your interview was completely easy. She asked about 2 questions and it was just about my previous hob experience. She then told me that she was going to be interviewing 2 more girls and she'd call me back in a few days to let me know if I had made it to the 2nd interview. She called me the following day and scheduled a second appointment with a different manager for the day after. I went and he asked a bit more questions but none that were too tricky or intimidating.

Explain a time when you helped a customer decide a decision that they wouldn't have been able to make on their own.
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Easy basic questions like job history, availability, and why you chose to interview.
Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
