The first part was a phone interview, it was about 20 minutes long, then I met with a store manager, the interviewer was cheerful and friendly, the final interview was with the District Manager. This interview was some what difficult, it was nothing like I studied in school or read in books. Questions asked were: what is integrity, leadership, principles and etc. For college applicants, they do require proof of education.
