It was completely casual. Though the employer lied to me by handing me her card and saying that it was my golden ticket to a second interview. Make sure to send Thank You Note or letter a week after interview. I think the employer forgot about me. The woman was someone I had met before and was pretty nice. She even cursed during the process. It was very casual.

The manager had no idea how to conduct an interview and was super awkward. When I asked what the pay was she refused to answer and straightup dodged the question.

Very straightforward, casual, and included typical questions. Met with the store manager and interviewed for about 45 minutes, received a call back and offer the next day, then started about a week afterwards.
