Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Payless ShoeSource (Fontana, CA) em jan. de 2016
Entrevista
The interview was relatively quick and painless. The manager asked simple questions about my experience going off of my resume. Then we went out onto the sales floor and she had me roleplay selling her some merchandise (ask her how she is doing, what she's looking for, give her options, offer suggestions, make absolutely sure to offer some little add-on items like shoelaces or no-show socks when she is "ready to checkout"). The reason my experience was negative is because even though I only applied for a full time sales position, the manager told me in the middle of the interview that it would be part time. (She also said that it is easy to upgrade from part time to full after six months or so, but who knows if that was true.)
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Easy basic questions like job history, availability, and why you chose to interview.
Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.

It was a verbal in-person interview with manager. Described desired position, why, and goals. Asked a lot of questions as well. It was a very quick and straightforward process after the interview.
