I had a great initial phone interview with one of their Directors who was based in Chicago. She asked me about my background and experience while she filled in the gaps about the role, company and position they were hiring for. The majority of the team this role supports is based at their Boise office which is where I live so she was glad that I was local and could work from their offices. Everything sounded great and she told me that she would be in touch to schedule me for some additional interviews. I followed up a couple days later thanking her for her time and letting her know my availability for the next few weeks. A week went by and I never heard back so I sent another follow up email. Another week went by and still nothing. I sent one more follow up email and have never heard back from them. Not even an automated rejection email. I was totally ghosted. As a Talent Acquisition Manager with 15 years of experience, I am pretty disappointed in their process/actions. During the call, the Director really sold me on the company culture, diversity, benefits etc but this really left me with a poor view of their company.
