I can only describe the interview process at Paylocity as very disappointing. I interviewed for a management position only to be ignored by the HR recruiter when I asked for an update 2 weeks later. I completely understand not being a great fit for the position but didn't think I would be ignored when asking for an update. I would've thought common courtesy would at least garner a response from the HR person I was dealing with.

There were two individuals on a panel that took turns asking questions. The questions ranged in difficulty, and the interviewers were honest and respectful. They both spoke highly of the company and answered any questions I had.
