Phone call - Interview - Second interview. Last interview was with the director. They're very open about how the whole process goes and what their expectations are. That's pretty much it.

Entrevista
Let me start by saying that the recruiter who reached out to initially interview me was great! Very professional and painted the company in a great light. The hiring manager who interviewed me after was horrendous and unprofessional. The interview was more of a grilling session of my experience and honestly, personal life. It was unlike any interview I’ve ever had and the questions were phrased unprofessionally. For example, “so what you’re saying is, you left (insert company here) because you didn’t want to take the required steps to get promoted?” No - what I said was I found another opportunity at another company after having dedicated three years to my prior company and not progressing. It was phrased so condescendingly. I was interrupted while answering almost every single question. I was asked the same question five different ways. I was asked “do you do your own taxes?” As if that’s relevant in any way shape or form? If I have experience where I review financial statements and am familiar with all applicable tax documents and schedules, why do you care if I do my own taxes? It was just ridiculous. I immediately emailed the recruiter after and said I didn’t think it would be a good fit, job offer or not. I don’t recommend working here.

Do you do your own taxes? Why did you quit working at this Burger King when you were 16 and why isn’t it on your resume?
