A recruiter had reached out on LinkedIn in October when I was working at a competitor. I then reached back out in December to see if we could still have a conversation. She was bright and enthusiastic. I then moved to a first tier manager, then Director, and lastly the VP. All the interviewers were curious about my experience, but mainly about who I was as a person. I made sure to ask lots of questions including fun ones to show how my personality. The whole process took two weeks. Great communication from my recruiter throughout the entire process. I am so happy I moved over to Paylocity!
