As a fresh graduate, i applied and managed to get an interview for their graduate programme. Their JD expressed that they accepted degrees from all backgrounds. While i understood that this was a HR role, their acceptance of all degrees was misleading. As a law degree holder, the interviewer expected me to know precisely how payroll system works, and intimidated me with complicated marketing technique questions, knowing well my background is law. Please do not scare your fellow freshies who only yearn to learn!
