The interview process was in 2 parts. Technical was ~3 hours. The atmosphere was pleasant. I was interviewed by an engineering manager and a developer from the team. I talked about what projects I worked on and why I wanted to work at Paysafe. The interviewers briefly described what the team does.

There was questions about Spring: 1. what is embeeded web server 2. what is AOP 3. request mapping Hibernate: Fetch strategies, Cascade types JPA and differences with JDBC
2 interviews. Hr interview about 30 minutes and one technical interview, I got asked high level question mostly about system design. I got asked to implement a LRU cache as an exercise.

Entrevista
Short, vague, a bit all over the place. The interviewer was very stubborn about a particular question and didn’t want to move on even after I gave my answer. Felt a bit awkward even as I think I gave a satisfactory answer.

The interviewers were genuinely attentive and thorough, taking the time to delve deeply into my responses. They were interested not only in my skills and experiences but also in my thought processes and problem-solving abilities. This approach made me feel valued and respected, as they were clearly interested in understanding who I am as a person and how I approach challenges.
Overall, the interview was a positive experience that left me feeling confident and excited about the possibility of joining the team.
