Very quick and positive process. Everything was clear from the start. I was asked to provide very specific examples from my experience which is understandable given the fast hiring process - I really liked that we wrapped it up at three interviews instead of what I’ve recently experienced in different organisations of the same scale - consisted of over 5 steps sometimes.

5 stage interview, no tests, mostly with different members of the team from line workers to senior leadership. No technical tasks or presentation. Just behavioural questions. Last interview is very stress questions intense
