Initial screening call with talent team followed by a 30min interview with the hiring manager. From here I was then given a task to do to present to an SVP alongside the hiring manager on the team. Task was pretty straight forward and didn’t need net new work to be produced, just detailing previous projects and successes. I ultimately pulled out of the interview process after the 3rd stage due waiting three weeks without any update due to them interviewing other people quite far apart, and due to the SVP on the call not being present and clearly not listening to my presentation based on the questions asked on the call.
Some advice to the team, try to align interview dates with candidates so there aren’t huge periods of waiting without so much as an email to say you’re still in the hiring process etc.
