Process was fairly straight forward. Phone screening with HR, in person interview a few days later. I was under the impression that the decision would be made following the 6 person panel interview, but afterwards was moved the several other offices to meet other employees-a 3 hour endeavor before I left. I was told I would receive a phone call, which I waited patiently for over several days before I felt compelled to reach out to HR to ask about my status. I received a reply mentioned I should have been contacted sooner, but I would not receive an offer. A 3 hour interview seems a bit excessive for someone the panel already made their mind up about, but such is life. I just wish I didn’t need to reach out on my own to find out I wasn’t moving on in the process.

Casual conversations with multiple members of the engineering department. Usually 2-3 rounds that cover cultural and technical aspects. Jobs are remote friendly so over zoom works. Instead of tests or white boards you are asked to explain how you would work through various challenges.
