Entrevista
The hiring manager was very prompt with her e-mail responses and gave an accurate timeline to the process. There was an in person interview and the hiring manager was very nice. I was overall impressed with the interview process.
My only negative toward the process was that I was not given a tour of the office or introduced to any of the other employees. It would have been great to see how the office ran.

It was a little jarring being told that if my goal was to be in this position five years from now that would be a problem. However, after being explained the nature of the position I was able to see the growth model.
