Entrevista
The hiring manager explained to me that they hired for "fit", or a combination of education, experience, and personality that would best fit into the position they were seeking to fill. Having any one of those wouldn't qualify me for the job. Essentially, they literally look for the exact right person to fill the open position-not just anyone who is qualified.
I was interviewed three times. Once over the phone by HR, then in person by the department manager, and finally by upper management.
I was hired in the end, however you should be prepared for a wait. Total time from the initial application to my first day of work was two months.

They asked me a lot of what if questions. Told me the good, bad and ugly. Had 2 people sit in on the interview. Was open to questions and got back to me within a week for hire.

Very fast interview. New supervisor, felt he was unsure of himself. It was one on one in conference room. He informed me by phone, he chose to "go another route".
