There was a panel and they asked various questions pertaining to my past work experience, my skills, and what my motivations are for the job. It was a very pleasant experience.

Specific and to the point. Well organized and good questions - knew my experience and questions related directly to the application submitted. Timely and friendly interviewer. Length was good - not too strenuous.
