The interview process started with a short first interview where the manager explained the basics of the business. I was then offered a second round interview where they explained more in depth on the growth process and the team culture. The interview was straight forward and the manager was able to answer all of my questions clearly. I felt very comfortable they had a very laid back approach to the interview.

I applied to the marketing assistant position. First initial interview was with the owner of the organization, he is very nice and informative. It lasted about 20-30 minutes when I was asked to come in for a second round the next day. Second round interview was with a leader in the organization at Dunkin Donuts. During this time the title and job requirements of the position was slightly different in the original advertisement and I was informed that pay is commission (signing people up for Home Depot promotions), which was something I was not looking for. Third round interview was the same day at the office with the owner again. Culture is very important here, which I enjoyed and was something I was seeking in a company to work for. Everyone was very nice and answered all my question, it just was not for me.
