The interview process was extremely pleasant, it had 2 stages: - first phase over the phone with the management team - second phase was face to face with the same team, as I applied from a different country they even offered to cover the travel expenses Although I was qualified, the offer made was below market.

Had to give a presentation and then followed by questions on my cv. It was very refreshing to attend an interview were employer was keen on my personality rather than my skills.
