No initial screen with HR went right to interview with hiring manager which as plus and minuses. At whatever point I was no longer being considered, no one made the effort to reach out to me to let me know. That is basic common courtesy and professionalism and I follow the believe what a company shows you, not tells you philosophy. If a candidate puts the effort into customizing a resume for a company, scheduling interviews around their current work, and prepping for the interviews, it is bad when you are left in the dark.
