Very good recruitment experience, and yes I am saying this after I was rejected. The HR process is on point, quick and professional. I was also invited to present my case study at office. It was an informative session with sufficient feedback. They genuinely value the effort you put in and show how it should have been done in the nicest way possible if yours is incorrect.

I eliminated after first interview. Interviewer was trying to be friendly and making it like a casual coffee conversation. Asked about what i know about peak, my previous experiences, why marketing as a career, what i know or assume about this role, etc. I felt a little uncomfortable, because instead of knowing me or my passion, i felt they are looking for some specific answers and they do not bother to listen beyond that. I know they are looking for the best suitable ones, so I understand that.
