Even seasonal, temp positions are subject to 3+ rounds. The recruiter may or may not follow up if you are not selected, which can be a month or more later. The job I applied for (they told me the hired someone else) stayed posted and active for an additional 3 months

Skills and experience
This is a long, multi-step process. First was a screening which took about 40 minutes. Second was with a technical person. My third interview was with the hiring manager, which was rushed and the interviewer was disinterested. I think she might be new in her role. I wondered if they were truly planning on hiring anyone at all.
It was not a bad experience but really not a good use of time. They should add that being a former band director or music teacher is what they're looking for.

Entrevista
Average interview process that focuses on giving the candidate a written test instead of truly interviewing the candidate. After submitting a the answers to their vague questions, the feed back was unfair in that they were critical of the form in which I submitted my answers. The HR represented was friendly.
