First, you do a digital interview, then a Zoom interview where they "learn more about you and answer any questions you may have about Pearl Meyer", and then finally the last round of interviews is a super day of sorts where you do 3 interviews on Zoom back to back. The first interview was with only one person, and then the last two interviews were both with two people.

Entrevista
The interview process took 3 weeks but overall was very smooth. the first step is a zoom screening with HR, if selected you will be scheduled for 3 interviews on the same day with different team members and VPs from various offices. Technical skills interview, culture and fit, and a research and communication interview with a small presentation you need to complete and share with team members. After the interviews HR reached out to me on a phone call to extend an offer and I shortly received a formal offer letter via email.

Entrevista
The first step I had for this Analyst position was a Recorded Interview. The interview included both written and recorded answers, asking questions that were mostly regarding background and work experience.
