You speak with HR over the phone, then come in with a face to face, where you are grilled, and from others I have heard that they even test your patience. However, in my case they loved me from the beginning, and hired me on the spot.

Entrevista
You're pretty typical entry-level position interview with questions that you would expect: discuss your resume and qualifications. Questions pertinent to the role included questions about customer service, previous experience with it, etc.. I met with managers of two different teams.

Entrevista
I applied online and I received a phone call within a week from the Recruiter. I was asked to come in the following day for a formal interview with two managers. The interview lasted around 30 minutes.
