The position was found from an online posting. I provided a case study on the systems as a part of the pre screening process. This took a few hours to complete. Once submitted I was advance to the next leve of the process. There team conducted telephone and face to face interviews.

Fairly straight forward process - two round video interview after initial phone call and basic question. Make sure to ask about the org and team you will be on. Everyone is very nice and it is evident they value work life balance. Make connections early on.

Entrevista
Firstly, scheduling the interviews was a challenge from the start. The interviewer rescheduled three times, which I found to be unprofessional and frustrating. This lack of organization reflected poorly on the company's commitment to respecting candidates' time and schedules.
After completing the interviews, I was informed that I would hear back within a week regarding the outcome of my application. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The process ended up taking three weeks, during which time I was left waiting for an update.
