Entrevista
I responded to a newspaper ad. They often placed ads and then sent a postcard saying no positions currently available. I rec'd one of those slightly before they called me for an interview. I was first interviewed by the department head. The interview was pleasant and informative. I was called back for a second interview with the manager who would directly supervise the new employee.

There were two rounds of one to one interview. Both interviewers were very nice. No pressure at all. They have already decided to hire you if you get the second round of interview.
2 hr take home exercise followed by interview. Pearson needs to pay people for taking that exercise because they force you to take it at a set time during the work week, which is incredibly difficult if you still have a job you have to be at.
The interview process was smooth, professional, friendly. The Human Resource folks will take some time getting back to you with your offer letter and so on, which is a bit annoying if you're looking at other offers. Otherwise it went very well.
