I interviewed over the phone with someone from the recruiting team first, and they had a great set of questions from the hiring manager that made the interview go smoothly. Next I interviewed in the Sandy Utah office in person with another project manager, and via Skype with the hiring manager in Denver. Since many of the initial questions were covered in the first interview with the internal recruiter this interview was more in depth about the details of the job, and the kinds of things they needed most. It was pleasant, and did not include the awkwardness or stress I have felt in other interviews.
