Sent my CV and was contacted for an interview with HR in US. At the same times was contacted by another person for the same position from HR in UK. Had one interview with HR US, one with UK and a third one with Romania. The first two interviews went well, got positive feedback from HR. The third interview was strange, first there were 4 other people invited that cancelled and rescheduled the call several times with me on CC for every internal communication. Them we had the call, where the Head of UA had to leave early cause she had things to do. I was asked very general UA questions and things about me as an employee and as a person when I'm not working. I was previously advised by HR the interview would be behavioral questions and there were non of those. I left with a good feeling because it was a very relaxed conversation and a few days later got a call from HR to let me know I was not moving forward, that unfortunately I did not give enough numeric examples and that is what they were looking for. I understand that, however if you ask me how to set up an Apple Search Ads campaign or what I like doing in my free time it is hard to answer with numbers or the STAR method.
