I applied online and received an invitation to interview in late March 2023. The initial discussion was with the recruiter. The second interview featured logic puzzles, a simple coding (LeetCode easy) question, and some basic web development questions. The third interview was with two architects asking about my experience and other technical concepts. After the third round, I didn't hear back from anyone at Pearson for almost 7 weeks. I was disappointed that I was "ghosted" as a candidate. I was finally delivered an automatic notice of rejection in late May 2023.
