Entrevista
Interviewing with Pearson has been a pleasure. The staff have coached me along, and I feel like I've been given a chance to train and professionally develop even prior to receiving an offer. I have met with six different people and done a mock phone call, which is more intense than Kaplan, Cengage or any other educational sales position I've interviewed for. Anyone interviewing with Pearson should just go with the flow, be themselves, and understand that they are in a competition with highly qualified candidates. Do what you can to stand out and treat the interview process like you would treat a sale. Get ready for a challenge as the process is more detailed and intricate than any interview I've experienced or conducted, but this company is worth competing for!

Entrevista
Applied online, received a phone call from HR the next day (round 1). After a brief run through of my resume I was scheduled for an in-house interview. Round 2 - on sight interview with two sales mangers. Questions about sales experience, finished with a mock phone sales call. Received a call the same day scheduled to meet with team manager. Round 3- met with team manager with basic outline of job, was given a verbal offer before I left. Received a formal email written offer from HR department within a couple of days, contignent on basic background check (felony and sex offender) no drug screen.

Entrevista
I applied online which took about a week to hear back. You have a phone screen or initial interview, follow up interview that a project must be complete before. A pretty basic interviewing process . I met the two managers at a hotel to discuss my background and what i was looking for in my career and what they were looking for to fill their opening. They may have you reach out to professor and a bookstore on campus as many of your calls and relationships will be based of your ability to do well interacting with both. It also would be a good way to see how Pearson is viewed in the areas you would be covering if it is a geographical territory or you already know that prior to the project.

Entrevista
Long. You interview with several different individuals over a long period of time. Luckily (and annoyingly) they all ask you the same questions. The interviewers where all very pleasant, however. My interviews took place in a hotel conference room, which did make me a little wary of the validity of the process.
