There were three stages for my recruitment: Phone Call with Talent Acquisition Officer; Online Interview with Department Manager & Recruitment Manager; and Job Offer Discussion. Phone call was spontaneous—to confirm my interest as well as to get to know me. Online interview is position-specific and deeper exploration of what I can offer.
