Had a 15 minute Phone Interview that went over position and asked about my experience. A week later had an in person interview that was about 30 minutes with 1 manager.

The interview process was easy. They were looking for entry-level individuals. Very standard process, meet with HR, hiring manager, etc. They showed you around the place and tell you more about the role

Entrevista
You're pretty typical entry-level position interview with questions that you would expect: discuss your resume and qualifications. Questions pertinent to the role included questions about customer service, previous experience with it, etc.. I met with managers of two different teams.

I applied online and I received a phone call within a week from the Recruiter. I was asked to come in the following day for a formal interview with two managers. The interview lasted around 30 minutes.
