The interview process consisted of 4 rounds: the initial screening call, WHO interview with the hiring manager, case study presentation with the hiring manager, and a final focus interview with a Product team member. Expectations were set at each stage of the interview and a flexible timeline was followed (I had to reschedule the case study presentation). The interviewers were personable and showed genuine interest in my background and ambition.
