Phone screen, followed by in-person interview. Got a weird vibe from the person doing the in-person interview, like he was totally disinterested before he even spoke with me. Barely glanced at my resume, didn’t really ask me any questions. The only question was ‘can you tell me a little bit about yourself?’ (To which he cut me off after a few seconds). He briefly told me a little about the company. Interview lasted maybe 5 minutes. Granted, the building had a blackout during this time, so maybe he was distracted. He gave me the usual “someone will get back to me one way or the other” line, and that was it. I found it to be unprofessional and a waste of time being that I took off the morning from work and traveled through US-75 rush hour traffic only to not be given a fair shot at a real interview.

Had an interview in down town Dallas and it went great just took a while to get a call back. Met with the COO and was asked multiple questions and they were very detailed. It was pretty tough but feel like personality helped get the job.
