Very few questions were asked, I was interviewed by my manager as well as the other people in the building (none in management positions) but had to return a second time to meet the Executive Director. At the interview I specified the need for a salary of at least 25k per year and full benefits. I was told this was fine and I did get the job. I had to wait just under 2 months to start the job, even though at the interview I was told they wanted someone to start ASAP. When I did orientation on the first day, with 2 other new hires, I was told that I would be considered a temporary employee and would have a salary of 18k per year with no benefits. Basically the interview and job description were both very misleading. If you interview here confirm EVERYthing in writing.
