I went through a very long interview process lasting almost a month, including multiple technical rounds, discussions, and a final leadership/CEO interaction. Throughout the process, I was led to believe that I was progressing successfully. However, after completing all expected stages, an additional technical round was suddenly introduced at the very end of the process. This was unexpected and felt unfair, as technical evaluations should ideally be completed before the final leadership round. The process lacked clear structure and internal alignment. There were communication gaps between HR and interviewers — at one point I was informed about a next round even after being rejected, which created confusion and reflected poor coordination. Candidates should be cautious about investing significant time, as the process may involve extensive discussions, application-related work, and multiple rounds without a transparent evaluation framework. Pros: Interviewers were individually professional and technically knowledgeable.
