Be ware of job posted on LinkedIn with this company. There are impostor SCAMs. I applied on LinkedIn and it turns out it was a scam. I'm not how the impostors were able to publish job on Peerfit behalf since these positions were directly listed under Peerfit LinkedIn page. The scam starts with an automated e-mail with a interview date. In the mail impostors will ask you to provide contact information to a second recruiter. RED flag 1: with out talking with me, they decided a date. On the day of the interview, the "interviewer" was late. Instead of a phone or video interview, they sent an email with a list of stupid behavioral questions. They also tried to confirm my address. RED flag 2: Interviewers shouldn't ask for address. Just give them the state you live in should be fine. RED flag 3: No phone calls and questions are really dumb. I insisted on a call with the "interviewers" and there was no response since then. Later, I checked with an employee at Peerfit and confirmed that it is a scam. Folks, be aware!

Applied online via Glassdoor, because the company looked interesting. But I was so wrong, if you are thinking about applying here...think twice, they are the most unprofessional people I have interviewed with. Read on for more details. They asked to meet for an initial phone screen, when I gave them some available times, they disappeared for 3 weeks. That was a red flag I should not have ignored. Then I get a reply saying time got away and they asked for more availability. Had an initial video phone screen, with a person who seemed very frazzled. Asked about technical background and some behavioral questions. They then mentioned that they just got back from one of the company's regular "retreats" where some folks party till 4am. Ok! That sounded really unprofessional, but I thought just give them a chance. After passing that, a take home assignment was given (see Interview Question #1 poker challenge). I completed that and heard back about next steps really quickly, like did they even review my answer? The next step was a technical interview. It was a 1.5 hr discussion/live coding (see Interview Question #2 yatzy challenge). What really annoyed me was that they did not even mention the take-home assignment #1! Why make me write all that code if you are not even going to discuss it? Once that was complete, I immediately received an email asking to meet for a final interview. The process was starting to feel unnaturally fast (given how slow they were previously). They did not even show up to this final interview!! I waited the whole 40mins on the video call. Sent them an email after that and they simply replied with "will reschedule once I get to my computer". It has been more than a few months and I still have not heard from them...could you get anymore unprofessional?? With current technology, you can schedule meetings from your phone. Doesn't take much effort to be good at communication. So poker, yatzy and partying till 4am...see the pattern and wouldn't want to work here anyway. It's ok if you like those things, but personally, I prefer a more professional and organized environment.
