🚨 Unprofessional and Exploitative Hiring Process — Beware Before Accepting Offer Pegasus InfoCorp has the most unprofessional and unethical hiring process I’ve ever experienced. I cleared all three rounds, including the client round, and they issued an offer letter asking me to submit original educational documents, PAN, and Aadhar. They also forced me to give a written statement promising not to attend any other interviews after accepting their offer — which is absurd and coercive. They demanded immediate joining, so I even bought out my 30-day notice period from my current company with my own money to meet their urgency. And after all that, on the day of joining, they suddenly said, “The position is on hold. We can’t proceed with your profile.” No apology. No accountability. No compensation for the financial and professional loss they caused. This company clearly has zero respect for candidates’ time, effort, or career. They treat people like disposable resources. I strongly advise anyone considering an opportunity here to stay far away unless you’re ready to be manipulated and left hanging.
