Face to face interview first and then got some basic exam such as HTML, CSS and so on. After the exam, just waiting for the result. I got the result after 2 weeks from the interview

I got an email back the day after I applied online. Started with a phone call interview where I asked questions about the position. If you are a creative individual please do not waste your time applying here. The title is "graphic artist" but you won't even get to make your own graphics. You will just be using company templates and moving pre made graphics/text around in adobe animate. So even if you work here there's no transferable skills and nothing to show for your portfolio. They take advantage of artists with no experience so they can pay them below industry standard wage. (they offered me 31k). Throughout the whole phone call there was just so many red flags everywhere. Little to no growth. I asked how can I grow after the position and the person literally told me that a worker who worked in this position for 5 years moved on to customer service...
