First there was a phone Interview with the recruiter after that there was a fairly standard personality test, met with two sales managers and the general manager. Three separate interviews but all in the same week. All three interviews were different, but not challenging. All 3 interviews were well under one hour.

Normal interview hiring for a junior sales representative. Looking for someone with a year if sales experience who has prospecting experience, is very results driven, and has a competitive spirit.

They are very quick to respond and set up first a phone interview, then a face to face interview. Very professional yet relaxed interview in beautiful new showroom. They follow a well thought out & organized hiring process. Takes a few weeks but they tell you that upfront.
