I recieved an email to schedule the initial interview. After the first interview, i was told that I would be contacted in one to two weeks if they were interested in a second interview. I was contacted later that day for a second interview. The interview was supposed to be with the HR and the senior production supervisor. The production supervisor was not present for the interview. I got an email the following business day informing me that I would not be getting an offer.

One hour plant tour and formal interview. Interview was with Ops Manager, Plant Manager and HR Director. They had pre-formed generic questions and took turns asking them while taking notes.
