Had a bad experience with Pelsis North America; I had two interviews, one with the HR manager and one with the MKTG director + Brand manager. They asked me the typical interview questions but a red flag to me was how unprepared they were. It seems like they didn’t know how to interview candidates and when I answered all of their questions, at the end, they kept saying “I don’t know what else to ask.” Anyway, 30 min interview with HR and 1 hour interview with MKTG Director+Brand Manager. I was rejected 30 minutes RIGHT AFTER my second interview (yes you read that right) even though I thought the process went well. Don’t really recommend this company because apparently their North America region is going through growing pains.

The interview process was straightforward and continuous, involving clear communication, consistent updates, and a series of structured steps that allowed for a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.
