Had an initial phone interview to talk about the company and myself - went great! The second interview was scheduled, and no one called me. Apparently it there was an error and it got re-scheduled. The Pendo employee for the re-scheduled interview was 20 minutes late calling me, seemed to have little knowledge of my background, and proceeded to grill me on programming scenarios. I've had many code tests applying for jobs in the past - with as little as 24 hours to complete one. How is grilling someone unexpectedly indicative of their skill? I felt very disrespected.
