I applied online and had an initial interview over the phone. The interviewer was 10 minutes late to my 30-minute interview, and had another meeting immediately after our call, so I had only 20 minutes to speak with her. We barely had time to cover a high-level overview of all the people development programming experience I had that was relevant, and at the end of the call she insisted she wanted to dive deeper into my experience and would ask the recruiter to schedule a follow-up conversation. A week later I received the automated, generic rejection email from the recruiter stating they were "proceeding with other applicants". Overall, I found the interview process to be disorganized, unfair, unprofessional and lacking in integrity (e.g., the interviewer said one thing, but didn't follow through with her actions). As evidenced by the multitude of candidates who had similarly negative experiences with this company, it appears that Pendo as a place to work isn't all it's cracked up to be.
