Phone interview with tech recruiter followed by phone interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter call was more of a sales pitch and a short eval, the hiring manager got into your philosophy as a scrum master, etc.

Just had the first pass phone screen. Talked about their current agile process and things like release cadence and such. Also what to expect for the next potential interview steps.
