Sessions included: - Phone Screen with a fun front-end problem - Product Management Conversational - Front End System Design - Algorithmic Problem (BFS) - Staff/Lead Level Discussion About Prior Work - Manager Behavioral Interview Pendo was also amazing about spending the time to sell the role to me, I met with the SVPE several times and all of my questions as I considered their offer were addressed fully. I honestly couldn't be more excited to join them, every interviewer was amazing and I'm confident I'm joining a top-tier team in a growing vertical. The final sessions really meant a lot to me, their CTO asked me meaningful questions about my career, it really drove home that I'm in good hands that will help my career flourish. Also, my recruiter Steve was honestly the most supportive recruiter I've ever worked with. He genuinely made it feel like they wanted me to succeed and it created an environment I was fully comfortable in my entire virtual on-site.
