The first stage of the interview was in person. The second stage was to complete a test that took 1 week to complete. The test was to create a brief and marketing campaign about a book release. I had to create a fake Google Ads and Facebook Ads account and replicate what I would do. I had to also enter in their CRM system and create an automation. It felt like they used my work as part of their research instead of a job interview. I have never before no after experienced something like that. Never heard from them after that.
