Entrevista
I applied through an employee referral. I had an in person 4 hour shadow with a nurse on the unit. After the shadow, I interviewed with the nurse manager, followed by a panel interview.
I applied for multiple positions. Most were Phone screens followed by 1 interview. One was a video montage followed by a phone screen and 1 interview. Another was a phone screen followed by a shadow day (3hrs shadowing the unit, 1hr interview)
