My entire interview process was virtual. My initial interview with the hiring manager went really well. I was contacted that same day to schedule my follow-up interview with a panel that was scheduled a few weeks away. This interview included a 15-minute presentation that I had to do. I spent a lot of time on this presentation. Since the interview was virtual, almost everyone turned off their cameras during my presentation. And after I was done presenting, no one other than the hiring manager had any questions or knowledge about my presentation. It was obvious that this interview panel were not even paying attention. Highly unprofessional.
