The process started with a referral by another teaching assistant. I was a student in his class. Then there was a phone interview with the professor and he reviewed my work in his class. Following that there was a 1-on-1 interview with the professor and some of the teaching coordinators.

one interview with the professor included about my performance for that specific course. Asked about my past experiences. How would I communicate with students if they came with a doubt and I did know the answer.
The interview process was easy. I was asked a few questions about previous employment and given "what if" situations to test my ethics. The interview lasted about 20 minutes but we made great conversation outside of the typical interview questions.

Through the zoom interview. Looking at the documents that I submitted and asked questions about it. Asking when do I have time for working. What grade did you get for a specific course?
